Originally from Fiji, Arjun studied at MIT in Auckland. Before entering property, he owned and operated supermarket businesses in Ōtara and Māngere.

His work spans land subdivision and the resource and building consent process, connecting planning requirements with the practical demands of delivery. Earlier projects include the Redhill subdivision in Papakura.

His recent focus includes accessible, single-level homes and partnerships with community housing providers. Examples include Notre Dame Living in Pukekohe and the Toitoi Living developments in Papatoetoe and Papakura.

Arjun’s accessible-housing work includes Notre Dame Living in Pukekohe, a completed development of 23 single-level, two-bedroom homes for people aged 55 and over. Each home has achieved Lifemark 4 Sustainable Ageing certification.
Step-free entrances, wider circulation spaces and adaptable bathroom features support the homes’ long-term usability. In its October 2026 case study, Lifemark discusses its collaboration with Ramwall and quotes Arjun on considering accessibility early in the design process.
The organiser’s Pacific Housing Symposium programme for 22 June 2026 lists Arjun as a panellist for the session on partnerships in Pacific community housing.
