Toitoi Living is the latest expression of Ramwall’s 20-year journey in purposeful development. Named after the native toitoi grass and the area’s original name—Papatoetoe—this project is our tribute to history, culture, and community. It reflects our enduring commitment to ethical development that honours the land and the people who live on it.
From our roots as Landmarx Development to evolving into Ramwall Homes in 2006, we have delivered over 550 homes, developed more than 262 lots, and built infrastructure that continues to shape vibrant neighborhoods.
